This is really good news, guys! Finally, here in Hawaii we have a Green building material store that sells exclusively products that are Green Building Council and EPA, ISDA and Gold Leed Certified for the environment. They have paints, stains, finishes, eco-carpet, eco-flooring and more.
They open officially on Monday, but I went in today to buy finishes for my cabinet projects, and the friendly staff gave me all sorts of info as well as the specific product I was looking for.
One product I found fascinating is “EnerG Architectural “. Following is a short description pilfered from the company’s web site:

The emissive heat that passes through the topcoat is further diminished by the insulative primer. 15 degrees?? That is a lot!! Very expensive, and special order, but wow.
